The search for the perfect pizza dough led us to an interest in artisan bread.

So when we met Denis Granarolo, an accomplished Boulanger (Bread-Maker), we opened the Terra Momo Bread Company, (formerly known as the Witherspoon Bread Company).

Denis is the artist behind the bread and pastry flavors and shapes and the warm and welcoming hospitality you feel upon entering the shop; where you can also take home a variety of olive oils (for bread dipping), toasted flatbreads, and full-bodied European coffee.
