NEW COVID-19
GUIDELINES:
Until further notice, the following protocols will be in place at each outdoor farmers market:

•Market Entrance is now the new upper lot on Alexander Road (the Vaughn Drive entrance will be closed to shoppers)

This location is 2/10 mile east of the intersection of Vaughn Drive/Alexander Rd

•Cars will be queued into the market from the upper lot if exceeding the number of available parking spaces
(you are welcome to park in the upper lot and walk down the ramp)

•Pedestrians may enter through the new lot or the exit lane of the lower lot; please be wearing masks for entry into market

•Bike riders may enter at any entrance and park bikes in the rack on Vaughn Drive - masks required

•If parking in our lower lot, the exit is out the lower lot exit; please do not attempt to exit out the upper lot; you will be asked to turn around and exit properly

•Customer entrance is directly across from the market shed

•Do not attend the market if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms

(please ask a friend or neighbor to do your shopping and drop it off on your porch)

Please try to limit your shopping time to allow us to accommodate everyone

•Masks/facial coverings are required

Masks are required while strolling and shopping, and may be removed while sitting and snacking. Eating and drinking is currently restricted to the curbs or tables.

•Market layout will change this year with the market split between two lanes of the market (the old entrance lane to the Vaughn lot as well as the center aisle you're familiar with allowing plenty of open air between you and other shoppers)

•Six foot physical distancing is mandatory - gathering should be limited to a quick wave or very short (physically distanced) conversation

•Hand washing stations will be located throughout the marketplace (please wash your hands before/after shopping)

•Currently, farms and vendors will handle all produce and products; this may change at any point during the season

(please continue to bring freshly laundered reusable bags )

•Market Bucks token system ($5 wooden nickels) is temporarily discontinued - please bring cash and credit cards for payment
(individual farms/vendors will have contactless payment options and cash boxes for exact change)
•A few farms will accept checks; please bring your own pen
•SNAP/EBT and our dollar-for-dollar match will continue
up to $20/market day
(visit the entrance near our shed for transactions)
•Pre-order/pre-pay where offered
(check our homepage for link)
•Seating is available to enjoy a quick acai bowl, juice, egg sandwich, or crepe; please wipe down the tables with the provided wipes once finished

•On, leash, friendly dogs are permitted at the market

•The portable toilet is located behind our market shed and a hand washing station is just outside of it

•Our senior and higher risk community will be permitted to move to the front of any farm/vendor line and should reach out to our market manager for any additional accommodations - and we ask the greater community to respect this as you travel the marketplace
