 About Lisa's MandelBites

 Lisa’s MandelBites are soft-baked cookies handcrafted using a modern variation of traditional mandelbread, a “cousin” of biscotti.  MandelBites are baked fresh in small batches, with a lightly crunchy outside and a soft, rich inside.

A treat to be dunked in your morning beverage, enjoyed for dessert or given as a gift, Lisa’s MandelBites are available in 4 flavors - Original Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate Chip, Cranberry Orange Pistachio and Oatmeal Raisin!  We also offer custom platters and boxes for every occasion, including birthdays, engagement/showers, housewarming/host gifts, get well/sympathy, holidays and more.
