About Beechtree Farm

We raise animals on our pastures in Hopewell, New Jersey and sell grass-fed beef, pork and lamb. Our animals live a dignified, natural life resulting in meats that are both delicious and healthy.  We are active advocates for local sustainable agriculture, environmental justice and farmland preservation. Lucia serves on the board of NOFA NJ, the Northeast Organic Farming Association and chairs the Hopewell Township Agricultural Advisory Committee. Both Lucia and Charlie serve on the Mercer County Agricultural Development Board.
