About Catalina Empanadas

Catalina Empanadas came into existence at a small restaurant in Hopewell NJ in 2012.
And although we do still make traditional and authentic flavors, we pride ourselves on being a little more eclectic than the average. We bake our product rather then deep frying because we think that it allows a more complete flavor profile.
When combined with any of our "Salsa Gringo" flavors it becomes a taste treat that you will want to enjoy again and again.
