About Sourland Mountain Spirits
Ray and Erica Disch first ventured into the alcohol industry in 1995 when they founded the first brewpub in Princeton, New Jersey called Triumph.
Following the success of Triumph, Ray and Erica sold the company in search of a new venture. In 2013, distilling was legalized in New Jersey to allow for the founding of Sourland Mountain Spirits.
